The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, through Minister of Environment, Conservation and Climate Change Andrea Barbour, announced environmental assessment decisions under Part 10 of the Environmental Protection Act. The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure's Humber River Ballam Bridge Replacement (Reg. 2430) was released from environmental assessment subject to conditions. Additionally, V and J Tectonic Inc. fulfilled stormwater drainage plan conditions for the Deer Lake Residential and Commercial Subdivisions Project (Reg. 2330), and the Nunatsiavut Government and Natural Forces Development Limited Partnership met employment, environmental management, and monitoring conditions for the Nain Wind Power Micro-Grid (Reg. 2118).
