The Ontario Ministry of Education is expanding Student and Family Support Offices to all 72 school boards across the province to help parents navigate the education system and resolve concerns more quickly. Backed by $30.6 billion in Core Education Funding for the 2026-27 school year, these offices are mandated to acknowledge inquiries within two business days and aim to provide answers within five business days. The initiative builds on prior implementation in supervised school boards, utilizing tracking software such as Case IQ to monitor trends and improve parent communication.
