The Government of Saskatchewan and EGADZ provided an update on FUSION Plus, a supported housing initiative for up to 40 youth aged 16 to 21 currently or previously in the care of the Ministry of Social Services. The program is moving closer to its opening later this year and incorporates youth engagement through the Saskatoon Youth Advisory Team to shape life skills development, education supports, employment readiness, and wellness services. The project involves partnerships between EGADZ, the provincial ministries of Social Services, Health, and Immigration and Career Training, Foundations Learning, and the Saskatoon Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP).
