The funded organizations include Women's Crisis Services of Waterloo Region receiving $2,000,048 for 42 survivors of gender-based violence, The Redwood receiving $914,110 for 100 survivors, the Canadian Association of Women in Construction receiving $459,675 for 120 women in supervisory and project management roles, and the Metro Labour Education and Skills Training Centre receiving $496,153 to support 50 women in career advancement. This round incorporates enhanced risk management, transparency regarding registered lobbyists, and longer-term outcome tracking at three, six, and 12 months based on recommendations from the Auditor General's 2025 program review.
