Attended by Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe and Canpotex President and CEO Gordon McKenzie, the expansion aims to support international shipments to over 40 overseas countries, including key markets in South America and the Indo-Pacific. The project supports Canada's national goal to double non-U.S. exports and strengthens global food security by facilitating the export of potash produced by Mosaic and Nutrien. In 2025, Saskatchewan potash exports reached a value of $9 billion, representing a 13.5 per cent increase compared to 2024.
